Application of Seligman's Theory of L.H.

There are people all over the world that like too use products like pills and special diets to reduce weight. But, it never work for some people. In this kind of situations the theory of learned helplessness is applied because the person loses motivation to lose weight because they think that it is their fault and not the products fault for not losing weight. Therefore, they learn to be helpless about it.
