Learned Helplessness Example

To begin with, What is Learned Helplessness? According to dictionay.com, It is a mental condition in which one becomes unable to help oneself due to previous failed attempts at controlling one's life.
For example, I am looking for a job and I can't find any job anywhere. So, I begin to feel helpless because I start thinking that I am not good enough because no one hires me.
